how to uninstall vs 2010 sp1 beta -

i installed sp1 beta visual studio 2010 when open vs2010, crashes. there convenient method uninstall sp1 without uninstalling vs 2010?

"programs , features" should have vs2010 sp1 beta uninstaller , allow rollback install. otherwise maybe have uninstall of vs , reinstall.
