winapi - setting baud rate on dial-up connection win32 -

i creating dial-up connection in code in windows xp , windows 7 (rassetentryproperties). entries come default baud rate of 19200.

using win32 how change baud rate in both windows xp , windows 7?

setcommstate. call getcommstate first can preserve other existing settings don't want change.
